Als Performance Marketing Expert (m/w/d) spielst du eine zentrale Rolle in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung unserer digitalen Marketingstrategien. Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Venture-Teams, Growth-Experts und Produktmanager:innen zusammen, um datengetriebene Kampagnen zu konzipieren, zu optimieren und messbare Erfolge zu erzielen.

Das bringst Du mit

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Performance Marketing, idealerweise in einem Startup, Scaleup oder Agenturumfeld.
Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Konzeption, Umsetzung und Optimierung von Kampagnen auf Plattformen wie Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok und weiteren digitalen Kanälen.
Erfahrung mit Tracking, Attribution und Performance-Analyse mittels Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio oder vergleichbaren Tools.
Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und ein datengetriebenes Mindset – du kannst komplexe Daten interpretieren und strategische Handlungsempfehlungen ableiten.
Hands-on-Mentalität, Eigeninitiative und die Fähigkeit, agile Teststrategien für die kontinuierliche Optimierung von Kampagnen zu entwickeln.
Erfahrung mit Conversion Rate Optimierung (CRO), A/B-Testing und Marketing-Automation.
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Aufgabenbereich

Entwicklung und Umsetzung innovativer Performance-Marketing-Strategien zur Skalierung unserer Ventures.
Steuerung und Optimierung von Paid Media Kampagnen entlang der gesamten Customer Journey, mit Fokus auf ROI, Effizienz und Lead Generation.
Kontinuierliche Analyse und Optimierung der Marketing-Performance mit datengetriebenen Insights.
Entwicklung und Implementierung von Testing-Roadmaps, um kontinuierlich Wachstumspotenziale zu identifizieren und zu nutzen.
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Content, Product und Data Teams zur Verbesserung der Marketing-Performance und Conversion Rates.

Requirements

You have proven experience in performance marketing, ideally in an agency environment
You have proven experience in performance marketing, preferably at senior level
Your knowledge of search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, display advertising and conversion optimization is impressive
You use your analytical skills to transform data into action plans
Marketing tools and platforms are tools for you to achieve great things
Your communication and presentation skills impress clients and colleagues
As part of a team, you are a true team player who motivates and performs at your best in a dynamic environment

Your tasks

Strategy and Performance Measurement:

Develop and update comprehensive marketing strategies that support the goals of our projects
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our marketing activities
Analyze target audiences, identify segments and develop targeted marketing campaigns and strategies

Campaign Management:

Plan, implement and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including online advertising, social media, email marketing and content marketing
Work to continuously improve conversion rates on our website and other digital channels
Manage paid advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC), display ads, and retargeting

Analytics and optimization:

Create detailed reports and analytics on the performance of our marketing efforts
Identify opportunities and threats through competitive analysis
Optimize our technology stacks and choose the best tools to support marketing processes

Partnerships and Branding:

Identify and develop partnerships that support the growth of our projects
Support the development and maintenance of our corporate brand and ensure consistent brand messaging
