Als Praktikant*in wirst Du überall mit eingebunden und Dich erwartet ein bunter Blumenstrauß aus möglichen Aufgaben: Du bringst Dich sowohl auf unseren Venture-Projekten als auch in unseren internen Business Operations voll ein – von der Prozessautomatisierung bis hin zu KI-basierter Research und Experimenten. Du nutzt neueste Technologien, lernst von erfahrenen Unternehmer*innen und bist Teil eines interdisziplinären Teams, das Dich fordert und fördert.

Das bringst Du mit

Du studierst im Bereich Wirtschaft, Technologie, Data/AI oder etwas Vergleichbarem.
Du bringst technisches Verständnis und optimalerweise hands-on Coding Erfahrung in einer relevanten Sprache bzw. Technologie mit (z.B. Python, Java, AWS, Flutter, OpenAI, n8n)
Du hast praktische Erfahrungen mit Startups, Beratung oder Tech-Projekten.
Du hast ein gutes Gespür für digitale Trends, Geschäftsmodelle und Nutzende.
Du bist neugierig, lernbereit und liebst es, neue Technologien auszuprobieren.
Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.

Aufgabenbereich

Du unterstützt unsere Projekte entlang des gesamten Venture-Building-Prozesses – von der Ideenfindung bis zur Skalierung.
Alternativ arbeitest Du aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer internen Business Operations – z. B. durch Prozessoptimierung, operative Dashboards oder Workflow-Automatisierung.
Du analysierst Markttrends und identifizierst Potenziale im Bereich disruptiver Technologien und KI-gestützter Innovation.
Du entwickelst AI-basierte Konzepte, Automatisierungen und Prototypen mit Hilfe state-of-the-art Tools (z. B. GPT, OpenAI API, Prompting, Low-Code).
Mit Stakeholdern und Kolleg*innen auf allen Leveln arbeitest Du an innovativen Lösungen und deren pragmatischer Umsetzung.
Du validierst Hypothesen über MVPs, Tests und Nutzerfeedback.
Du führst Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen durch, führst Interviews und entwickelst Business Cases.
Du bringst eigene Ideen ein und übernimmst echte Verantwortung.

About the Position

Start Date: from March 2025 onwards
Duration: 3-6 months

At Bridgemaker, we create new digital corporate ventures with our partners, combining the best of the start-up and corporate worlds.

For you, this means an exciting playground, as you get to know the different development stages of a start-up and actively work on innovative and sustainable products.
You will be part of an agile and interdisciplinary team that promotes your professional and personal development in order to found successful ventures together with you.

Requirements

You are currently in your bachelor's or master's studies or have just completed them
You have already gained initial experience through an internship in management consulting or in the start-up sector
You have strong analytical and communication skills
You are team-oriented and proactive
You have the ability to question the status quo profitably and again and again
You have at least 3 months time for the internship
You are fluent in German and English

Your tasks

You support a specific start-up in the different phases of the innovation process
You identify, assess and prioritize new business ideas, models and markets
You identify market trends taking into account disruptive technologies
You conduct market and competitor analyses as well as interviews with internal and external stakeholders
You support prototype development
You conceptualize and validate market entry strategies and develop business cases for new business models
You support the venture kick-off as well as the transition from prototype to MVP
You prepare for scaling and develop automation and expansion strategies
