Als Venture Architect (m/w/d) spielst du eine zentrale Rolle in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung unserer Venture- und Business-Building-Projekte. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit unseren Corporate-Partnern, erfahrenen Entrepreneurs und Tech-Enthusiast*innen zusammen und treibst digitale Innovationen voran.

Das bringst Du mit

Berufserfahrung im Startup-Umfeld oder im Bereich Innovationsentwicklung.
Kenntnisse in der Konzeption und Validierung neuer Geschäftsmodelle sowie ein Gespür für Markttrends und digitale Technologien.
Starke analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
Du bist eine kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigeninitiative und Teamgeist.
Hands-on Attitude und thematische Flexibilität
Erfahrung mit Automatisierung, AI-gestützten Technologien und datenbasierten Entscheidungsprozessen
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
Ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaft, Technologie, Entrepreneurship oder einer verwandten Fachrichtung.

Aufgabenbereich

Umsetzung und operative Begleitung neuer digitaler Geschäftsmodelle.
Entwicklung, Analyse und Validierung innovativer Produkte und Services.
Skalierung neuer Ventures und Business Modelle durch konkrete Umsetzungsstrategien und operative Begleitung.
Erstellung und Umsetzung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Identifikation neuer Potenziale.
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Corporate-Partnern zur Identifizierung und Realisierung von Innovationschancen.
Entwicklung von MVPs, Prototypen und iterativen Tests zur schnellen Validierung von Ideen.
Nutzung von AI-gestützten Methoden zur Marktforschung, Prozessoptimierung und Automatisierung.

About the Position

We live for groundbreaking venture projects and are a team of passionate experts who have entrepreneurship and technology in their blood. As a leading bridge builder between established companies and start-ups, we have made it our mission to advance corporate innovation in the DACH region.

As a Venture Architect (m/f/d) at Bridgemaker, you play a crucial role in identifying, designing and implementing innovative venture projects. You are part of a cross-functional team to develop business ideas, design viable business models and support the successful implementation of new ventures. Your analytical thinking skills and your experience in management consulting or the start-up industry will contribute significantly to the realization of our projects.

Requirements

You have a Master's degree, an MBA or a comparable university degree in the field of business administration, or similar.
You have at least 2 years of professional experience in management consulting, in project management or in the development of a start-up.
You have a strong understanding of technological trends and innovative business models
You are confident in analysis to soundly evaluate market potential and financial aspects
You love the challenges of entrepreneurship and have the ambition to make something great happen
You are a team player with a strong sense of team spirit
You can bring your communication skills to bear especially in cooperation with medium-sized customers
You speak German at native speaker level and very good English

Your tasks

As part of the project team, you will conduct comprehensive market analyses and validate trends and opportunities with regard to potential ventures
You identify and evaluate new business ideas
You develop concepts and market entry strategies for new business models
You support the acquisition and development of new partnerships with SME customers
You continuously contribute to the improvement and further development of our products and ventures to changing market conditions
