Als Senior Venture Architect (m/w/d) arbeitest du maßgeblich an der Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer daten- und technologiebasierter Geschäftsmodelle. Du gestaltest tragfähige digitale Produkte, validierst Innovationsideen und begleitest deren Umsetzung gemeinsam mit interdisziplinären Teams. Dabei bewegst du dich souverän an der Schnittstelle zwischen Business, Technologie und Kund:innen. Mit deinem analytischen und unternehmerischen Blick unterstützt du die Entwicklung KI-gestützter Lösungen und stellst sicher, dass Ideen nicht nur konzipiert, sondern auch in der Praxis getestet, umgesetzt und skaliert werden.

Anforderungen

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Technologie, Entrepreneurship oder vergleichbaren Disziplinen.
Mindestens 3–5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in Startups, digitalen Ventures, Tech-Scale-ups, Innovation Units oder digitalen Produktteams.
Tieferes Verständnis digitaler Geschäftsmodelle, Growth-Strategien und datengetriebener Entscheidungsprozesse – idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Einsatz von AI- und Automation Technologien.
Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und ein pragmatischer Ansatz bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Lösungen.
Du lernst schnell, bewegst dich souverän in neuen Themenfeldern und hast Lust, ständig neue Geschäftsmodelle, Technologien und Märkte zu erkunden.
Erfahrung in der Arbeit in interdisziplinären Teams und in der eigenständigen Steuerung von Teilprojekten oder Arbeitspaketen.
Kommunikationsstärke, professionelles Auftreten und ein sicheres Gespür für unterschiedliche Stakeholder.
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Aufgabenbereich

Mitarbeit an der Konzeption und Umsetzung digitaler Geschäftsmodelle – von neuen Produkten über datengetriebene Optimierungsinitiativen bis hin zu vollständigen Company Builds.
Identifikation, Validierung und Weiterentwicklung von Geschäftspotenzialen in enger Abstimmung mit internen Teams und Corporate-Partnern.
Verantwortung für eigene Streams innerhalb von Value Creation-, Business Execution- oder Venture-Projekten – vom strategischen Setup bis zur operativen Umsetzung.
Nutzung datenbasierter Methoden, Tools und AI-getriebener Ansätze zur Analyse, Entscheidungsfindung und Prozessoptimierung.
Mitgestaltung von MVPs, digitaler Services oder skalierbaren Lösungen – inklusive Go-to-Market-Strategie, Nutzerfeedback und iterativer Weiterentwicklung.
Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams und Stakeholder:innen auf Unternehmens- und Kundenseite – mit Fokus auf Geschwindigkeit, Wirksamkeit und Impact.
Austausch von Wissen und Methoden im Team, Mentoring von Kolleg:innen sowie aktive Beteiligung an der Weiterentwicklung unseres strategischen Know-hows.

As a Senior Venture Architect (f/m/d), you will play a key role in the development and execution of new data- and technology-driven business models. You’ll design viable digital products, validate new venture and innovation ideas, and bring them to life together with interdisciplinary teams. At the intersection of business, technology, and customer needs, you help shape AI-powered solutions with an entrepreneurial mindset – and make sure ideas don’t just stay concepts, but are tested, built, and scaled.

Requirements

A university degree in business, technology, entrepreneurship, or a comparable field
3–5 years of relevant experience in startups, digital ventures, tech scale-ups, innovation units, or digital product teams
Strong understanding of digital business models, growth strategies, and data-driven decision-making – ideally paired with hands-on experience using AI and automation technologies
A hands-on mindset and a pragmatic approach to solving complex challenges and turning ideas into action
Curiosity and drive to constantly dive into new topics, technologies, and markets
Experience working in cross-functional teams and taking ownership of your own workstreams or sub-projects
Excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and confidence in dealing with diverse stakeholders
Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)

Your tasks

Actively contribute to the design and implementation of digital business models – from new product concepts and data-driven optimization initiatives to full company builds
Identify, validate, and shape new business opportunities in close collaboration with internal teams and corporate partners
Take ownership of your own workstreams across Value Creation, Business Execution, or Venture projects – from strategic design to hands-on delivery
Apply data-driven methods, tools, and AI-powered approaches to analyze business logic, inform decisions, and optimize performance
Co-develop MVPs, digital services, and scalable solutions – including go-to-market strategy, user feedback loops, and continuous iteration
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders across partner organizations and industries – with a clear focus on speed, effectiveness, and impact
Share knowledge, mentor peers, and actively contribute to the evolution of our strategic capabilities
