Das bringst Du mit

Du bist mitten im Bachelor- oder Masterstudium oder hast dein Studium gerade abgeschlossen.
Erste Erfahrungen im Start-up-Umfeld, in der Unternehmensberatung oder im Innovationsbereich? Perfekt!
Du bist analytisch stark, kommunikativ und liebst es, Ideen in die Tat umzusetzen.
Teamarbeit und Eigeninitiative sind für Dich kein Widerspruch.
Du hast Lust, Dinge zu hinterfragen und den Status Quo zu challengen.
AI begeistert Dich? Uns auch! Du hast ausgeprägte Erfahrungen im Umgang mit chatGPT oder anderen LLMs, Du hast bereits Automatisierungen umgestetzt oder Dich mit Datenmodellen beschäftig? Klasse, das wäre ein Plus.
Du bringst mindestens 3 Monate Zeit mit, gerne auch länger.
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab.

Aufgabenbereich

Du unterstützt unsere Projekte in verschiedenen Phasen des Innovationsprozesses.
Du identifizierst, bewertest und priorisierst Geschäftsideen, -modelle und Märkte.
Du analysierst Markttrends, insbesondere im Bereich disruptiver Technologien und AI-gestützter Innovationen.
Du führst Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen durch und interviewst interne sowie externe Stakeholder.
Du unterstützt bei der Entwicklung von Prototypen und testest AI-basierte Konzepte zur Marktforschung oder Prozessautomatisierung.
Du konzipierst und validierst Markteintrittsstrategien und entwickelst Business Cases für neue oder bestehende Geschäftsmodelle.
Du arbeitest an Skalierungsstrategien und unterstützt bei der Automatisierung und Expansion von Ventures.
Bei uns lernst du zielgerichtete Nutzung von Generativer KI, den Umgang mit unserer selbstentwickelten Tautiom AI und ein Expertenteam für fachlichen Austausch.

About the Position

Start Date: from March 2025 onwards
Duration: 3-6 months

At Bridgemaker, we create new digital corporate ventures with our partners, combining the best of the start-up and corporate worlds.

For you, this means an exciting playground, as you get to know the different development stages of a start-up and actively work on innovative and sustainable products.
You will be part of an agile and interdisciplinary team that promotes your professional and personal development in order to found successful ventures together with you.

Requirements

You are currently in your bachelor's or master's studies or have just completed them
You have already gained initial experience through an internship in management consulting or in the start-up sector
You have strong analytical and communication skills
You are team-oriented and proactive
You have the ability to question the status quo profitably and again and again
You have at least 3 months time for the internship
You are fluent in German and English

Your tasks

You support a specific start-up in the different phases of the innovation process
You identify, assess and prioritize new business ideas, models and markets
You identify market trends taking into account disruptive technologies
You conduct market and competitor analyses as well as interviews with internal and external stakeholders
You support prototype development
You conceptualize and validate market entry strategies and develop business cases for new business models
You support the venture kick-off as well as the transition from prototype to MVP
You prepare for scaling and develop automation and expansion strategies
